Culture Saint-Césaire

Pisciculture Moulin Neuf is an aquaculture farm specializing in the breeding of rainbow trout. The trout are raised in spring water from the Rivière du Coran, guaranteeing freshness and quality. Visitors can buy fresh trout to take away or fish for themselves. Smoked trout are also available as whole vacuum-packed fillets. Meals for groups can be arranged daily by prior arrangement. A refreshment bar is also available on site.
