What we really appreciate here is the restaurant's location, close to the ocean, and the friendly, customer-focused staff. Located under the arcades, l'Instant offers a menu that appeals to the whole family. In summer, you'll be delighted by mussel recipes, pretty salads and the inevitable tartars. All year round, it's the burgers that will have you salivating! The two menus, on land or sea, are sure to delight! The service is smiling and dynamic.

Cuisine maison et ça se remarque actuellement car peu d'endroits le font.

Cuisine simple avec du goût prix correct la serveuse est très agréable service top je recommande ce restaurant avec sa terrasse très agréable après le petit tour au marché du centre un restaurant qui n'est pas un attrape touristes ????

Je suis venue déjeuner ce midi, pour un repas en famille, j'ai pris du poisson et me suis retrouvée avec 3 malheureuses queues de poisson. On m'a dit qu'il n'y en avait plus et que c'était des sardines. Alors que non. Je suis repartie sur ma faim. Le seul plus la serveuse extrêmement gentille et professionnelle. Le serveur devrait en prendre de la graine.

The service was great though and the owner very welcoming: I guess that's how they get customers in their nets...
The so-called "tataki de thon" was a white tuna with no taste...
What is normally used for tataki is the albacore tuna which is red. I mentioned it at the end but I doubt they will change their fish choice ...
The side salad and the French fries were the only good things.
The wine was not good either! They pretended to serve a Provence rosé while it didn't have the typical bouquet nor color of Provence wines. My guess is they poured whatever was left over in their bottles... And the glass was so tiny, quite ridiculous! I became more suspicious when I saw a large glass of rosé served to the woman seated by the next table (people at that table were friends of some waiters...).
In other words: it's a tourist trap to avoid!
