This restaurant is located in a city where there used to be gabons carrying salt, wine and cognac. It's a great opportunity to offer a beautiful stop in a village just 15 minutes from Saintes. Don't think lunch on the edge of the Charente, the charming building takes place in the heart of the town and has a new terrace offering a very valuable setting. We come here to discover the traditional cuisine of Sébastien Jousse which takes pleasure in working fresh and seasonal produce. Several menus are offered, all featuring French gastronomy through rich and carefully presented dishes. The flavors are to the credit and the value for money is very appreciable, especially for the lunch menu. In season, the Gabarier offers musical Saturdays with a special menu!

Première visite en couple ce midi dans ce restaurant où les plats sont succulents et bien présentés . Le personnel est en nombre et avenant .Les prix sont abordables . C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.

J'avais régulièrement entendu parler de ce restaurant, sans avoir eu l'occasion d'y aller, c'est maintenant chose faite ! Et le repas a tenu toutes ses promesses ! Une cuisine de haute qualité qui s'adapte à chacun, un régal ! Le tout dans un superbe cadre spacieux et convivial. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Merci pour ce dîner.

Très bon cadre dommage que le service ne soit pas au rendez-vous trop d'attente et obliger de demander quand serait t'ont servi Christian Le Cardinal
Vous dites que votre équipe est en rodage certe mais attendre UNE HEURE TRENTE POUR ÊTRE SERVI VOUS AURIEZ PU AVOIR UN GESTE COMMERCIAL TEL OFFRIR LES 2 CAFÉ CE N'EST PLUS DU RODAGE MAIS DE L'APPRENTISSAGE.

Combien de personnes étiez vous à table ?
Comment voulez-vous que je fasse le point avec mon équipe ?
On utilise Google, on écrit en majuscule pour exprimer sa colère.
Quel intérêt ? S'il y a eu de l'attente c'est qu'il y a une raison.
Je ne m'amuse pas à faire attendre les clients. J'ai autre chose à penser.
