Meschers-sur-Gironde with cliffs dug and developed, offering a visit to discover the caves of Régulus
Overlooking the Gironde estuary, Meschers (pronounced Méché) is a unique site. The surrounding cliffs were dug out and converted by man to escape persecution, before becoming a troglodyte habitat. While a visit to the caves is a must, it's just as pleasant to stroll through the square de la Guicharde, taking advantage of this green space to enjoy a picnic overlooking the ocean. Then take the stroll along the cliffs to reach the port and its restaurants. Allow around 20 minutes for this walk.

Par une belle journée passée à Mescher sur gironde, nous nous sommes promener dans ses vielles rues qui sont fort jolies et ainsi que les bâtisses.
