La Rochelle is not known for its beautiful beaches, but the people of La Rochelle have plenty of time to cross the bridge to enjoy the fine sand of the Ile de Ré. At l'Houmeau, change of atmosphere, place to the pebbles. Of course, the beach is not dedicated to lazing around, but rather to swimming. Supervised during the summer, with a large parking lot, it is accessible to all those who like to swim or who want to relax. On sunny days, a bar, l'Anse de Pampin, is accessible and allows to sip a cocktail or to eat on the terrace.
