Well situated campsite on the commune of Bois-Plage where you can enjoy many animations.
Make no mistake, this campsite is indeed on the Ile de Ré! In fact, it's conveniently located in the commune of Bois-Plage, 20 minutes from La Rochelle and close to Ré's two flagship villages: La Flotte and Saint-Martin. Its location in a 4-hectare park, just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Les Grenettes and Gros Jonc, is really appreciated. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a smiling team ready to listen to your needs during your stay. Several types of accommodation are available, including mobile homes for families of up to 8 people, and an Ecolodge tent with its own kitchen and lovely terrace. In high season, the campsite has a snack bar, and there's plenty of entertainment for all the family. Younger children will love the water playground and bouncy castle, while older children will enjoy the waterslide and multi-sports pitch.
Avantages :
- la piscine du camping est propre, et bien chauffée. Un grand bravo pour le maitre nageur principal (celui qui était là le matin et en fin de journée), qui prenait son travail très au sérieux, et surveillait attentivement la piscine. Ce n'était pas le cas celui du vendredi 01/09.
- le camping propose pas mal d'animations. Nous n'avons pas testé, mais pour ceux que ca interesse, au moins il y a du choix.
- le mobile home était très bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.
- équipe du camping très réactive et disponible : nous avons eu un problème de bouteille de gaz vide, et en 20 minutes quelqu'un est intervenu pour la changer.
- l'ile de Ré est très sympa, beaucoup de belles plages.
Points négatifs :
- les chambres et les toilettes du mobile home étaient vraiment étroites. Un peu plus d'espace aurait été pas mal.
- un peu bruyant le soir. Certaines animations finissent tard donc on entend la musique la nuit. Et si vous avez des voisins qui restent discuter tard le soir sur leur terrasse, c'est aussi problématique comme les mobile home sont assez rapprochés.
Mais en résumé nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au camping.
