In this large shop, opened by local producers to make direct sales to individuals, more than 300 products from thirty producers are referenced according to seasons since, nature obliges, you will not find strawberries in winter! It is a pleasure to meet with producers and it is a way for them to talk about their work and explain to consumers what they are going to taste. It is also a way of eliminating intermediaries so that farmers can sell their productions at a fair price and the buyer will buy it at a fair price. The entrance is free and, difference with AMAP, without prior registration. It's like you're in a village and all the farmers were waiting for you on the spot. Nothing more pleasant! Some of the producers are more organic. In this shop you can find: meat, fruit, salt from the island of Ré, of the pinch, cognac, duck, bread… Remember, products are like you, they evolve over the seasons.
