This hotel is conveniently located in the university quarter of the Small. It is close to a large car park, a cinema, restaurants and a bus stop allowing you to easily reach the city centre but also the beach of the Small. This is the main asset of this place, no longer need to use its vehicle to move. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of the Altica group, an independent hotel chain based in the South-West, offering rooms that are beautifully decorated with simple comfort with colour TV but without air conditioning.

PIN entry so no pesky room keys. Hot, power shower (although annoyingly floods bathroom)
OK location for the price - 10-15 mins walk up to the towers, feels like you're in the heart of the University campus so it's quite busy even at night (felt safe)
Quite quiet in regards to traffic

Lumpy pillows, squeaky bed, and certainly wouldn't have been big enough for 2 adults.
Cleaner doesn't understand purpose of 'Do not disturb' sign.
The breakfast terrace beneath my window was unpleasant with people talking early.
Premièrement la douche était bouchée avant même que nous l’utilisions.
En suite, la chambre est très petite et très mal isolée. Malgré le réglage du thermostat à 22°C nous avons eut très froid et surtout nous avons eut la charmante surprise de voir que les fenêtres étaient trempées à cause de la condensation après une nuit.
Petit dej assez cher mais acceptable.
Personnes de l’accueil très gentilles cependant.
