Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Fantastic rooms (our friends were upgraded). Clean, spacious, large comfortable bed. Superb location - short walk to old harbour and on quiet street (our room overlooked the courtyard / garden which was perfect). Only shame is that we didn’t have more time in La Rochelle to relax in the hotel and see more of the town.
