Rien à retrancher à ce que j'écrivais lors d'un précédent passage. Parfait. Le personnel est agréable et attentif sans être envahissant. La cuisine est raffinée, les quantités sont convenables. Point d'orgue pour moi, les huîtres de Girardeau : la perfection absolue !
