Restaurant offering refined cuisine, with a wine cellar in La Rochelle.
This establishment offers the possibility of tasting good food, but also to find some nice bottles of wine. Don't be fooled by the façade, the Armateur hides its game well! When you enter, you will be charmed by the modern decoration of the room, but also by the shady terrace which makes you want to go there. The menu proposes a formula which allows you to enjoy yourself around nicely presented plates. The service is friendly and the cuisine is refined with a touch of exoticism and a wide choice of wines by the glass.

Le vin blanc au verre qui m'a été servi était sans aucun intérêt (pas de corps et peu d'arômes), un comble vu la cave qu'il y a l'entrée! Mon steak de thon a été servi avec une sauce citron yuzu qui d'une part n'était pas spécifiée sur la carte, d'autre part elle couvrait la saveur du thon et du riz car trop puissante... Mon conjoint avait pris un café gourmand, mais la serveuse a oublié le café. Il a eu le temps de manger ses desserts avant qu'elle ne lui apporte...
Dernière déception, le prix : visiblement la formule plat+dessert à 19,50€ n'est pas valable le soir, pourtant ce n'est pas spécifié sur votre site internet. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nos amis non plus.
