THE CLUZELET WINDMILL

Located on a hill opposite the Antilles water park, this windmill offers a beautiful view of the city. Built in the ^18th century, it is close to the water mill: in times of drought, the miller could reach it to continue making the precious flour. Neglected, the mill of Cluzelet benefited from a restoration. To enter is to be told the secrets of the miller and to buy flour with which to prepare delicious cakes.
