Renaissance château dating from the century, host to prestigious visitors from François to Louis XIII at Dampierre-sur-Boutonne.

The château has won numerous awards, including the Grand Trophée for the most beautiful French restoration. Since 2017, Guillaume Kientz (curator at the Louvre Museum) has continued to open the château to the public, reviving the spirit of creation and beauty that was the estate's at its origins.
