L'office de tourisme de Châtelaillon est situé non loin de la gare et on retrouve des parkings à proximité. On retrouve beaucoup d'informations et de brochures sur les activités à faire aux alentours et on peut aussi être conseillé par le personnel. Le seul petit bémol pourrait être sa localisation un peu en retrait de la plage, qui reste le point central de la ville.
