Located on the heights of Chaniers, the 35 ha farm is run by Caroline and Mathieu who will help you discover a gastronomic heritage. These "bouilleurs de cru" (distillers) perpetuate an ancestral know-how and are eager to promote the Charentais local wines, the Pineau des Charentes and the famous Cognac in a true spirit of commitment.
