There are some treasures that are worth the trouble of finding, so don't follow your GPS and from the centre of Rouillac go towards the church, then go straight ahead and you will find the vinegar factory on your left a little further on. When visiting the vinegar factory the owners share their passion with fervour. Among the specialities: white or rosé pineau vinegar which goes well with salads, red onion confit with pineau des Charentes but each of the specialities is worth a visit. Accueil sympathique et visite instructive. De façon artisanale, Philippe et Françoise Fleuriet élaborent un vinaigre de Pineau des Charentes Blanc et rosé. Une découverte très intéressante à l'utilisation multiple.
