It's impossible to escape the prestigious name that made the cognac successful. The Domaine de Merpins is the place of cognac par excellence, the site of development of Cognacs Rémy Martin and Louis XIII. On board a train, we discover the art of vine, thunder, distillation, assembly and aging of the spirits in the chays. The visit ends with the tasting of two Cognacs Martin cognacs accompanied by greedy mouths. About ten other visits and workshops allow you to go from the top to the table for a tasty lunch, to create cocktails or to make a stopover at the historic house and its old chestnuts.
