LA CHARENTE LIBRE

Created in 1944, La Charente Libre (part of the Sud-Ouest Group), like all dailies, saw its readership erode and now has a circulation of 30,000. However, the title is rather reactive, it was one of the first to switch to Tabloid format in 2000 and the transition to Web 2.0 (i.e. fully integrating the participation of Internet readers) was achieved fairly quickly. The format is pleasant to read and journalists carry their subjects.
