COGNAC A.E. DOR
A. E. DOR cognac is a brand that has been loyal for decades. Each generation has respected the tradition of its founder Amédée-Edouard Dor and his reputation as a "cognac antique dealer", as he carefully chose and collected the best cognacs and eaux-de-vie. In 1898, the company bought the Albert Jarraud brand, which it still markets today. Today Pierre-Antoine Rivière continues the work accomplished by his parents Odile and Jacques Rivière. The cognacs are unique and the notes unusual. All the bottles have their own unique character that is found nowhere else. Some of these venerable nectars from Grande Champagne, the region of the Premier Cru of Cognac, have been aged in oak barrels for decades (70 years and more). Some of them even come from harvests whose origins predate the terrible phylloxera epidemic of 1874 and are guaranteed without any mixing or additional input. These vintages, available in three ranges (Tradition, Hors d'âge, Decanter) have been collected in the fullness of their aroma and taste, in wax-sealed glass bottles called "dames-jeannes", which sleep in a secret cellar called "Paradis", unchanged since its creation, jealously preserving their prestigious vintages. It should be noted that A.E.DOR is the only company in the world able to offer its customers eaux-de-vie of rare authenticity. With the authorisation of the French administration, it markets its prestigious cognacs at their natural degree.
