A traditional brasserie in the heart of Jarnac, right next to the Courvoisier cognac house. The Chef works with regional products in a very simple way: home-made foie gras and its mesclun of salad accompanied by slices of pink grapefruit, saddle of lamb and carrot purée, home-made hamburger, etc.

JARNAC pas !!!
Bonsoir, suite à une ballade moto entre amis, nous avons croisé la route de l'Alambic et avons été reçu de la meilleure façon ! Le repas fût gourmet et frais, le service en qualité d'une charmante serveuse fût particulièrement agréable, alors que dire de plus si ce n'est, n'hésitez surtout pas, poussez la porte de l'Alambic, le chef saura vous nourrir de la meilleure manière et le personnel vous ravira de son service jovial et professionnel.
