The boss is far from being a blue. He has been in Paris for about years (in the dining room, kitchen and teacher) with an incursion in the USA for a few years. In Gourville everything is based on simple catering, fresh products of local producers, at a reasonable price. We start with a feuilleté of cagouilles to the charentaise, we continue with a back of cod pan at the new Beaujolais and we finish by tumbling down to apples and compotée red fruit. The room is quite simple: tiles, cloth towels, table and wooden chairs.
