AUGIER
Augier was founded in 1643 by Philippe Augier. It is the oldest cognac house. Competing with larger houses, the company was bought by a Canadian group in 1966, and then by Pernod-Ricard in 2013, which turned it into a niche showcase in the world of spirits. The company produces four atypical cognacs made without additives. One of them, Océanique cognac, is a little marvel whose vintage comes from Bois Ordinaires on the Ile d'Oléron. The limited production of this cognac guarantees a deep respect for its heritage.
