Founded by Marc Fourchaud, this roaster offers exceptional coffees, carefully selected from the finest Arabicas and roasted locally. Highlights include Mexican Triunfo, from the El Triunfo Verde cooperative in Chiapas, and Colombian Popayan, with notes of chocolate, citrus and cream. The company also offers coffees from Peru, Brazil and Costa Rica. The boutique also offers a selection of tasting items to enrich the coffee experience. Coffees, filters and cups are available for purchase online.
