The house has existed since 1876. Today, Jean-Christophe Crosnier is head of the Chocolaterie Duceau, a gourmet institution of Angoulème. Originally from the Loir-et-Cher, he officiated in large houses in Paris, including Pierre Hermé. Here, the best chocolate cranes blend with fruit flavors, licorice, cinnamon or caramel.
