Underground city serving as a refuge with a network of galleries, a village and monuments, the museum of Picardy Trades to visit.
The Cité Souterraine de Naours, dug out by local inhabitants over the centuries, served as a refuge during wars and invasions, known as "muches" (hiding places in Picardy). Comprising 28 galleries and 300 chambers, it was inhabited from the Middle Ages to the 17th century, before being rediscovered in 1887. Today, plunge into this fascinating labyrinth, explore the museum of old trades and the "Les Soldats voyageurs" interpretation center.

It was deffently a surreal experience, being underground knowing people lived down there. Listening to what each area was and the history behind them.
The playpark was a good addition to the tour, and the bug theme of some of the climbing frames was really fun for the kids.
The Downside is the hot drinks from the cafe were horrible and a waste of money.
