Underground city serving as a refuge with a network of galleries, a village and monuments, the museum of Picardy Trades to visit.
The Cité Souterraine de Naours, dug out by local inhabitants over the centuries, served as a refuge during wars and invasions, known as "muches" (hiding places in Picardy). Comprising 28 galleries and 300 chambers, it was inhabited from the Middle Ages to the 17th century, before being rediscovered in 1887. Today, plunge into this fascinating labyrinth, explore the museum of old trades and the "Les Soldats voyageurs" interpretation center.

Ensuite la visite du parc, des animaux et des 2 moulins complètent la visite en extérieur.
Personnel très accueillant, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
J'ai été très intéressée et émue par l'exposition sur les soldats venus du monde entier et qui ont laissé des milliers de graffitis dans les grottes de Naours. Des dizaines d'entre eux ont été identifiés et sont présentés avec leur photo et une petite biographie.
