There is a lot of know-how in this quality house. Attention too: in the dining room, the staff provides courteous, pleasant, smiling and considerate service. On the plate, tradition blends with innovation, with, for example, a Tatin tart with caramelized endives and smoked salmon petals or a andouille and camembert croustade. We also appreciate the drawing workshop for the younger ones.
