A must-see bird sanctuary for nature lovers in Grand-Laviers.
Converting some forty hectares of wasteland and ponds, inherited from the former Grand-Laviers sugar refinery, into a veritable cocoon for migratory birds, was the challenge taken up by the Somme Departmental Federation of Hunters. The dream became reality, and today the reserve is home to a multitude of species, which you can discover on a variety of guided or self-guided trails. This ornithological paradise is a must for lovers of the great outdoors and nature, and makes a great day out, alone or with the family!

Petit réserve ornithologique situé près d'Abbeville. Parking en face de la réserve avec tables de pique-nique . Joli parcours avec beaucoup de points d'observation autour de deux grands plans d'eau. Beaucoup de panneaux d'informations imagés sur la faune mais aussi la flore. Idéal pour une belle sortie en famille. Dommage qu'une partie longe une route et la voie de chemin de fer : on entend un peu la circulation Mais cela vaut la peine de la visiter : les oiseaux sont là quand on sait les remarquer. A voir quand on aime les oiseaux. Attention : Ne pas oublier la paire de jumelles !
