A small seaside town full of initiatives to bring its heritage to life and promote the exceptional nature of the Bay of the Somme. Cayeux-sur-Mer, with its pebbles at high tide, its stretch of sand at low tide and its 420 cabins lined up along the famous plank path, is a pleasant, bucolic resort. You can rent one of these cabins from the town hall, but you'll have to be patient: they are quickly snapped up in summer. Inside, visit the salle d'honneur with its sumptuous woodwork from the former church.
