Restaurant offering a gourmet cuisine made with products from local producers
The Bay of the Somme and its products are in the spotlight here, thanks to local dishes and gourmet cuisine concocted from products from local producers, mainly fish and seafood. The menus change every month but among the specialities, you will find salicornia, pig's ears (plants growing in the salt meadows) and of course Stéphane Hénocque's Hâble d'Ault lamb (lamb on a skewer, chop, leg, parmentier). Note also the ideal location of the place!
