The Amiens réderie (braderie in Picard), held in April and October, is the largest after Lille.

It is the second most important réderie (braderie in Picard) after Lille! Judge rather: it welcomes approximately 80 000 bargain hunters ready to find the rare pearl and more than 2 000 exhibitors distributed on 15 km of pavements. The streets are full of good atmosphere and the traditional Picardy ficelle: several addresses serve it on a plate or to take away. The spring and autumn fairs (April and October) are popular events, open-air Ali Baba's caves where the experienced eye can unearth some treasures.
