In the heart of a small village in the forest of Compiègne lies chef Sébastien Tantot's wonderful Michelin-starred auberge. Sitting by the fireplace in winter, or in the flower-filled garden in summer, you'll enjoy vegetables, fruit, herbs and aromatic plants straight from one of the inn's kitchen gardens or from neighboring villages. All cooked in a refined, balanced and aesthetically pleasing way. The chef pays a vibrant tribute to the stained-glass windows of the abbey church with his superb dishes!

Délicieux, créatif, chaleureux et service bienveillant. Le vitrail au sandre est bluffant, tout comme la betterave au caviar. Un beau moment de bonheur dans ce coin superbe.
