In the heart of a small village in the forest of Compiègne lies chef Sébastien Tantot's wonderful Michelin-starred auberge. Sitting by the fireplace in winter, or in the flower-filled garden in summer, you'll enjoy vegetables, fruit, herbs and aromatic plants straight from one of the inn's kitchen gardens or from neighboring villages. All cooked in a refined, balanced and aesthetically pleasing way. The chef pays a vibrant tribute to the stained-glass windows of the abbey church with his superb dishes!
