Since 2013, Edwin Delasalle has been cultivating 15 hectares of land in Rouvroy-les-Merles that produce cereals and legume seeds. The transformation into flour, on a stone wheel, is carried out on the farm, as well as the bread making with leaven. All production is sold directly on the markets, in AMAP and on the farm.
