We do not hesitate to travel for miles to enjoy the cuisine of the renowned chef Ludovic Colpart. The dishes are refined with some selections of local productions. As soon as the menu opens, you'll have a mouth-watering experience with lobster and foie gras ravioli, smoked eel and Jerusalem artichoke foie gras, veal cooked at low temperature, European lobster cooked in semi-salted butter and the chef's succulent lemon pie. The setting is at the level of the plate, with a beautiful decoration and above all a delicious terrace bordered by a small pool.
