Marie-Laure and Aymeric Fezelot took over this establishment in 2019 to offer a menu that changes every six weeks, revisiting traditional dishes with a mix of sweet and savory. Here are just a few examples: Rossini tuna baron, mango and asparagus sauce; scallop panna cotta, tomato and Espelette pepper; smoked salmon and citrus platter... For those with a sweet tooth, Saint-Honoré revisited with salted butter caramel or pavlova with fruit of the moment and tonka cream. The team will be happy to help you choose the right wine!

Encore un excellent dîner au Castle....on fait deux fois 50 bornes pour y aller, c est pour dire si le Menu des Plaisirs nous motive... Y a aussi une carte bistrot avec un os à moelle qui ne demande qu'à être goûté la prochaine fois ????

Très bon restaurant, le menu des plaisirs est un vrai régal. La bille de foie gras enrobé de spéculos sur lit de pommes était un régal et pas écœurant du tout et en belle quantité ????. Le bar aussi était succulent ainsi que le macaron. Serveuse au petit soin et très agréable.Je recommande +++
