Read moreIt is thanks to François Defossé that Oise once again produces cheese, and not any: rollot, small round cheese or heart, whose taste is closer to that of maroilles, but in less strong. The farm proposes other dairy products such as yogurts, fresh cream or white cheese. The farmer is also involved in events organized not far from there, by the Oie-Paw-d'oie museum.
