Flers Castle is a historical monument whose construction dates back to 1661! For a long time owned by the Lords of Flers, it was partly devastated during the French Revolution. Today, only the west wing and the old main building remain original and have been restored. It is a castle with a rural appearance, characteristic of the Flemish style, which blends perfectly into its time. You can visit its museum free of charge, or admire the temporary exhibitions in its cellars. At the end of the year, you can even get busy in front of the chalets at the Christmas market, in an intimate setting. Good to know: the castle is the starting point for many walking tours.

Le Musée du Château is open Tuesday to Friday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. Free. Guided tour of the castle only for groups and by appointment. For the individuals, during the Heritage Days. credit card and checks are not accepted.
