A charming place in the middle of a large landscaped park, in the heart of the imperial city, this 19th century half-timbered building is home to a reference establishment in Compiègne. The atmosphere here is one of elegance, right down to the gastronomic restaurant, located just a few meters from the hotel: local products and know-how are combined for the great pleasure of gourmets. Très joli cadre, de belles tables. Très bonne entrée et très bon dessert. En revanche, déçu par l’entrecôte. Commandée bleue reçu entre saignante et à point. Les frites en garniture : trop cuites, limite acceptable.. Pas de sel sur la table. Pour un restaurant de ce niveau j’aurai apprécié dès serveurs habillés uniformément. Rapport qualité/Prix : Élevé.
