A blend of passion and tradition, Edmond Olivier founded his winery in 1922. His daughter Liliane and son Pierre went on to found the Veuve Olivier et Fils brand. Today, the tradition continues. The estate has expanded, with over 18 hectares now farmed by Sandrine and her parents. Tradition and modernity mingle in their creative process, reinforced by their status as "récoltant-manipulant", enabling them to master every stage, from vine to bottle.
