The history of Veuve Olivier et Fils: passion and tradition. 1922: Edmond Olivier establishes his winery in Trélou-sur-Marne. 1955: His daughter Liliane and her son Pierre found the Veuve Olivier et Fils brand. Today: The family business continues the tradition. The estate has grown considerably, with Sandrine Charpentier-Olivier and her parents now farming over 18 hectares. Tradition and modernity are at the heart of the creative process, with the status of "récoltant-manipulant".

You will certainly have the pleasure to be welcomed by Sylvie Monnin (granddaughter of the creator of the brand Champagne Couvent) who will make you discover her champagnes elaborated with her husband, Gérard, thanks to their 3 ha vineyard cultivated in reasoned viticulture in order to preserve to the maximum this ground which they cherish so much. To discover, cuvées with names that know perfectly how to arouse our curiosity such as the Cuvée Esquisse.

Founded in 2012, this family business is located in Trélou-sur-Marne, a cru where pinot noir dominates.

Harvesting and handling, Julien, who now runs the estate, has developed a flawless know-how that is reflected in the quality of the champagnes he makes each year with drive and passion. The house offers five cuvées: Brut, Demi-Sec, Brut Nature, Rosé de Saignée and Les Bayardes. From the vine to the bottle, Champagne Couvent Julien guarantees quality champagnes, typical of its magnificent terroir.

This house with its 14 ha of vineyards is today managed by Anna and Franck Météyer, a French-Polish couple who met in the middle of the harvest! Alongside her husband, who represents the fifth generation, the bubbly Anna never misses an opportunity to chat with her visitors. Some of their vines are over 70 years old and allow for complex blends. A favorite is L'Exclusif, a 2016 vintage plot in 100% meunier (zero dosage).
