Founded in 2012, this family-run operation is located in Trélou-sur-Marne, a cru where pinot noir dominates. Harvesting and handling, Julien, who now runs the estate, has developed a flawless expertise that is reflected in the quality of the champagnes he crafts each year with drive and passion. The house offers six cuvées: Brut, Demi-Sec, Brut Nature, Rosé de Saignée, Les Bayardes and Millésime. From vine to bottle, Champagne Couvent Julien is the guarantor of quality champagnes, typical of its magnificent terroir.
