Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter les restaurants du guide Michelin. Nous avons fait 70 km aller. Après 1 heure d’attente et quelques réclamations, le maître d’hôtel, c’est excusé pour l’attente. L’entrée et le dessert sont bien, par contre le plat est décevant. Le veau cuisson basse température était sec et dur. Surprenant !!!Nous n’avons pas pu le manger. Nous pensions voir le chef, impossible, trop occupé., mais nous avons eu une ristourne en dédommagement.
