La froide commune d'Hirson est réchauffée par le feu de bois et la chaleur de l'accueil de ce restaurant. La façade et le cadre rustique avec feu de bois s'ajoutent à l'ambiance chalet de montagne très réussie. Que dire quant aux plats ? La carte réduite est un enchantement. Les plats sont beaux, bons et copieux. Le service est de qualité ce qui devient rare de nos jours. Pour ne rien gacher les prix sont plus qu'abordables... Bref, un must dans l'Aisne.
