DOMAINE ILARRIA
Read moreThis estate, run by Peio Espil, the appellation's first independent winegrower, is a sure bet with around 10 hectares of organically grown grapes, 7 hectares of red and 3 of white. All grown on the clay-limestone slopes above the village. A rosé, a white and 2 red wines are produced. Cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and tannat make up the rosé and red wines, while petit manseng and petit courbu make up the estate's white wines.
