Michel and Thérèse Rioupeyrous have a pleasant tasting room with barrels and a table where the estate's wines are presented. For over 20 years, they have been involved in organic farming, and today work biodynamically on 8.5 ha of land on sometimes spectacular slopes. These highly expressive wines are served on Michelin-starred tables and have been awarded 18/20 by the Revue des Vins de France - the best website for organic wine sales. Wines that reflect terroir, climate, vintage and know-how.

This estate, run by Peio Espil, the appellation's first independent winegrower, is a sure bet with around 10 hectares of organically grown grapes, 7 hectares of red and 3 of white. All grown on the clay-limestone slopes above the village. A rosé, a white and 2 red wines are produced. Cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and tannat make up the rosé and red wines, while petit manseng and petit courbu make up the estate's white wines. Tasting is a privileged moment when the winemaker speaks with passion about his craft.
