Since 1995, at Fanny and Bertrand Fagot's, you can find duck in all its forms: foie gras, duck breast, confit, or cooked dishes. All prepared in-house with a recognized know-how. The house has become a reference in the sector. In the shop, there is only one desire: to sit down and taste all these divine dishes. Note that every year (in June and December), the couple organizes an open house and offers a unique visit of their farm.

Everything in Canardises three valleys is made: the breeding, cramming, demolition, cutting, preparation, and the sale of the dishes based on duck and foie gras. The sale is on site and the products are delicious. You can also buy them by correspondence from their website: http://www.canardises.fr or on the markets of the region.

Canardises of the three valleys are members of " Welcome to the farm: passing through Conde in Brie, you can visit the farm and learn all of it.
