CHAMPAGNE BARON-FUENTÉ
Founded in 1967, this Champagne House has its roots in a long winemaking tradition dating back to the 17th century. Today, Sophie and Ignace Baron perpetuate this precious family heritage. Combining know-how and respect for their clay-limestone terroir, which is ideal for Pinot Meunier, this estate is also committed to sustainable viticulture, working some of their plots organically. The Galipettes Brut and Rosé cuvées are emblems of this commitment. For the record, their name comes from the Champagne slang "Les galipes", meaning vines.
