After changing its name several times, this vast building, high up in the heart of the esplanade, has been home to a new bar since summer 2023. The space features large, convivial areas furnished with banquettes and sofas, and an elevated terrace with panoramic ocean views. The idea is to create a bar around a cuisine to be shared, and there's nothing like tapas specialties to live up to this concept. With menu in hand, we tick off our choice of dishes: oysters, homemade terrine, empanadas, seafood platters, burger and patatas, and a cookie for dessert.
