Artisan baker-patissier, member of Boulangeries de France and Pâtissier dans le monde, he works with seasonal products and regularly renews his range. Among the viennoiseries that change every week, try the 3-chocolate Suisse. We love the low-added-sugar vegetable entremets, made with hazelnut milk chocolate and creamy almond (no milk). Nous étions de passage avons découvert une boulangerie au personnel très aimable et surtout une gâche divine comme on a pas mange depuis des années un régal nous gardons l adresse pour une prochaine fois
