Anthony Oger is a salt-maker and producer of "Sel de Vie" from the Marais de l'Étoile, located on the Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie/Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez axis. He passes on his love of his profession with each visit and discusses the exploitation and harvesting of salt nowadays. After the enriching visit, don't leave without your "white gold": fleur de sel, coarse salt, natural or flavoured, but also pottery and glassware with coarse salt and confectionery products such as Caramel de Vie and spread.
